米非司酮药物流产敏感性与IGF-Ⅰ和VEGF蛋白表达的相关性

【摘要】 目的研究米非司酮早孕药物流产敏感性相关指标。方法选因早孕行药物流产的病例63例,其中不全流产的孕妇34例,完全流产的孕妇29例。用免疫组化SP法和RT-PCR法,检测2组孕囊组织中PR、IGF-Ⅰ、VEGF蛋白和mRNA的分布及表达。结果 2组在绒毛滋养细胞核上均未见PR表达,但见其表达于子宫内膜。IGF-I蛋白表达,在不全流产组显著低于完全流产组(P<0.05);VEGF蛋白表达,在不全流产组中显著高于完全流产组(P<0.05)。IGF-Ⅰ mRNA与VEGF mRNA的表达,2组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绒毛中IGF-Ⅰ和VEGF蛋白的表达与米非司酮药物流产的敏感性相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the factors related to the sensitivity of medical abortion with mifepristone and to provide a new thread for clinical treatment of incomplete abortion with mifepristone.Methods Sixty-three patients of early pregnancy who had elected medical abortion were studied.In which 34 cases with incomplete medical abortion and 29 women with complete medical abortion.Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction were used to determine the expression and localization of PR,IGF-1 and VEGF.Results PR protein expression was not detected in the nucleus of villous trophoblasts,while the expression was detected in the uterine endometrium.Compared with the complete abortion group,there was a marked decrease in expression of IGF-1 in the incomplete abortion group.However,the expression of VEGF is reversed(P <0.05).The expression of their mRNA has no significant difference between incomplete and complete abortion groups.Conclusion The protein of IGF-1 and VEGF in villous trophoblasts may be closely related to the sensitivity of medical abortion,while PR and ER not related.
