【摘要】 目的观察舍曲林合并门诊式森田疗法治疗强迫症的疗效和远期康复效果。方法 98例强迫症患者随机分为2组,对照组单用舍曲林治疗,实验组用舍曲林合并门诊式森田疗法治疗,治疗12周,并随访半年。分别于治疗前,治疗后1,2,3,6月末用耶鲁布朗量表评定疗效。结果实验组有效率为91.8%,明显高于对照组的73.5%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组的耶鲁布朗量表减分更高,在3个月末开始出现显著性差异,并持续至半年末。结论舍曲林合并门诊式森田疗法治疗强迫症可提高有效率,在远期康复方面具有优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of clinic morita therapy and sertraline treatment in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods Ninty-eight patients who met the CCMD-3 for OCD were involved during the twelve weeks study.All patients were randomly divided into two treatment groups,the test group treated with combination of clinic Morita therapy and Sertraline and the control group B treated only with sertraline.All of them were evaluated with Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale(Y-BOCS) before treatment and at the end of 1st,2nd,3rd,6th month.Results The efficiency rates of the test group and control group were 91.8% and 73.5%,respectively.There was a significant difference in efficiency rate between two groups(P<0.05).The percentage decrease on the Y-BOCS of test group is higher than the control group,the difference appeared at the 12th week and lasted until 6th months.Conclusion Combining with clinic morita therapy and sertraline is optimal for OCD.更多还原
