【摘要】 目的观察朝藿定C与淫羊藿苷对去卵巢小鼠子宫的作用。方法取昆明种雌性小鼠,手术摘除双侧卵巢,术后3天随机分为8组:模型组、己烯雌酚组、朝藿定C高、中、低剂量组及淫羊藿苷高、中、低剂量组,另设假手术组。连续给药60 d后,处死动物,观测动物子宫系数(UC)、子宫内膜厚度(ET)和子宫腺体直径(UGD)。结果与假手术组比较,模型组UC、ET和UGD明显降低。与模型组比较,淫羊藿苷高、中、低组的UC、UGD明显增加;朝藿定C高、中、低组的UC、UGD明显增加,而ET增加不明显。结论淫羊藿苷和朝藿定C均具有拟雌激素样作用,但淫羊藿苷拟雌激素样作用高于朝藿定C。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Epimedin C and Icariin on uterus of ovariectomized mice.Methods Female mice from Kunming with both ovaries removal,were divided into 8 groups: model group;diethylstilbestrol group;Epimedin C high,middle,low doses groups;Icariin high,middle,low doses groups and a sham-operated group.The uterine coefficient(UC),endometrial thickness(ET) and uterine gland diameter(UGD) were observed after the mice were given the drugs for 60 days.Results Compared with sham-operated groups,the UC,ET,UGD in model groups obviously reduced.Compared with model group,the UC,ET and UGD in Icariin high,middle and low groups,were significantly increased;the UC and UGD in Epimedin C high,middle and low groups were markedly increased,while the ET were not increased.Conclusion Icariin and Epimedin C have pseudo-estrogen effect and the former is more effective.更多还原
