【摘要】 目的观察多西他赛联合卡铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法 39例晚期鼻咽癌患者给予多西他赛联合卡铂治疗,多西他赛75 mg.m-2,静脉滴注,卡铂400 mg.m-2,静脉滴注,28天为1个周期,治疗2周期以上。结果 39例患者中,完全缓解4例,部分缓解23例,稳定9例,进展3例,总有效率为69.2%。39例患者中,中位生存期18.3月,1年生存率为73.3%。最常见的不良反应为骨髓抑制,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞和血小板下降发生率分别为30.8%和10.2%,其余均轻微,可耐受。结论多西他赛联合卡铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌有较好的疗效,且毒性可以耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the combination of docetaxel and carboplatin for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Thirty-nine patients with advanced NPC were enrolled into the study.The patients received docetaxel 75 mg·m-2,and carboplatin 400 mg·m-2,with 28 days as a cycle.Each patient received at least two cycles.Results Of the 39 patients,4 cases got complete response,23 got partial response,9 had stable disease,and 3 had progressive disease,with an overall response rate of 69.2%.The median survival duration was 18.3 months.The 1 year survival rate was 73.3%.The main toxicities were leukopenia(incidence of 30.8% for grade Ⅲ+ Ⅳ) and thrombocytopenia(incidence of 10.2% for grade Ⅲ+ Ⅳ).Conclusion The combination of docetaxel and carboplatin is a feasible,well-tolerated and active scheme in the treatment of advanced NPC.更多还原
