【Abstract】 Further study is an important way of continuing education and has been a study model for medical staff to improve their overall quality.Combining with the practice in the hospital,the authors explore the diversified further study and training models in special hospitals of gynecology and obstetrics under the new medical reform so as to make it adapted to further study for staff members from different medical institutions and improve efficiency of further study and training,which is significant in promoting the reform in public hospitals and strengthening contingent construction of medical health service in hospitals at grassroots.更多还原
