医院党建工作中的人本管理实践

【摘要】 随着公立医院改革步伐的加快,医院传统党建模式出现了创新机制不足,与中心工作脱节等问题。人本管理理论强调把人确立为组织管理的主导,其精髓与党的以人为本的理念是一致的。同济医院将人本管理理论应用到医院党建工作实践中,开展了"支部书记责任制"、"基层党建创新基金"等工作,克服党建传统模式弊端,激发了党建活力。

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of the reform in public hospitals,many problems of hospital Party building model come out,like the lack of innovation mechanism and dissociation with central task and so on.People-oriented management focuses on making people the leading part of organization and management,whose essence is consistent with people-oriented idea of Party.We put people-oriented management into the practice of Party building,launch "branch secretary responsibility system","innovation fund of grass-roots Party building" and other tasks,overcome the shortcomings in traditional Party building model and stimulate vitality of Party building.
