【摘要】 目的:评价MR磁敏感序列对颅脑血管畸形的诊断价值。方法:对50例经临床或手术证实的颅脑血管畸形进行颅脑T1WI、T2WI、T2WIdark-fluid、T1WIfs增强MRA与SWI对比。结果:SWI所显示颅脑畸形血管数量、病变血管的分布范围及特点明显好于颅脑常规T1WI、T2WI、T2WI dark-fluid、T1WI增强及MRA,特别是对隐匿性畸形血管、畸形细小毛细血管诊断敏感性100%,诊断正确率达100%。结论:SWI在应用于颅脑血管畸形诊断有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) for cerebral vascular malformation.Methods: 50 patients with cerebral vascular malformation,confirmed through clinical or surgical pathology,were collected,and all of them underwent T1WI,T2WI,T2WIdark-fluid,T1WIfs MRA enhance scans.The imaging obtained with SWI cerebral vascular malformation and conventional MRI sequences were compared.Results: SWI showed the amounts of cerebral vascular malformation,the distributions and characteristics of lesions vascular were more clearly than conventional MRI sequences images.Especially for occult vascular malformations and tiny deformity capillary,the diagnosis sensitivity by SWI was 100%,diagnostic accuracy rate was 100%.Conclusion: SWI is valuable for the diagnosis of cerebral vascular malformations.更多还原
