【摘要】 目的:探讨粘连性中耳炎的听力损害特点。方法:分析25例诊断为粘连性中耳炎患者的临床资料,对耳内镜观察的鼓膜情况、纯音测听﹑声导抗结果进行比较分析。结果:(1)语言频率平均值49.17dB,平均气骨导差45.09dB。(2)传导性耳聋占80%,混合型耳聋20%;按鼓膜内陷程度:Ⅰ度占16%,Ⅱ度占20%,Ⅲ度占28%,Ⅳ度占36%。结论:粘连性中耳炎的听力损害一般较重,以传导性耳聋为主;鼓膜内陷程度越大听力损害越严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of hearing damage caused by adhesive otitis media.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 25 cases with adhesive otitis media,including tympanic membrane,pure tone audiometry and acoustic immittance.Results: The average language frequency was 49.17 dB,and the average air bone gap was 45.09 dB.Of 25 cases,the patients with conductive deafness accounted for 80%,and mixed deafness 20%.According to the degree of tympanic membrane retraction,the cases were divided into I degree group(16%),II degree group(20%),III degree group(28%) and IV degree group(36%).Conclusion: There would be serious hearing loss(especially conductive hearing loss) for the patients with adhesive otitis media,and there was positive relationship between the degree of tympanic membrane retraction and the hearing damage.更多还原
