应用双流体模型对某U型阀内气固流动特性的数值模拟

【摘要】 采用双流体模型,对某一循环流化床U型阀内的大颗粒气固流动进行数值模拟。考察了不同水平孔口高度hg下的U型阀,流化风速u1对内部气固流动的影响,并借助可视化软件,对烟气反窜、结焦等情况进行分析,给出了一些U阀设计时的建议。

【Abstract】 The paper applies the Two-Fluid model to the simulation on the gas-solid flow in a loop seal of a circulating fluidized bed.It considers the influence of the air velocity(u1)o n the gas-solid flow in the loop seal with different slit height(hg). Moreover,visualization software has been applied to analyze the conditions of coking and reverse flow in loop seal,and some suggestion about its design have been proposed.
