基于物联网技术的食用菌生产智能化测控系统

【摘要】 针对我国食用菌工厂化生产过程中测控系统不能实时测控和可视化操作的缺陷。该文以物联网技术为基础,以在线实时管理为目标,设计并实现了食用菌工厂化生产智能化测控系统。该系统能够实现生产过程中的实时监控与可视化操作,对食用菌生长所需的环境因子进行动态调控,并将其应用于连云港国盛生物科技有限公司工厂化生产杏鲍菇中。通过应用表明:系统工作稳定可靠,智能化测控系统可以控制培菇房内的温度范围在22℃~24℃,湿度范围在60%~70%,CO2浓度范围在2000~3000ppm。

【Abstract】 To solve the drawback of the real-time monitoring and control and visible operation in the process of edible fungus factory produce in China.On the basis of internet of things and aim for online real-time management,this paper designed and implemented the edible fungus factory produce intelligent monitoring and control system.This system could achieve real-time monitoring and control and visible operation and adapt to dynamic adjusting control continuously,which was applied in the factory produce of pleurotus eryngii in Lianyungang countries and biological technology Co.,LTD.Through the application show that the system is stable and reliable,and the intelligent monitoring and control system can control the temperature range 22℃~ 24℃,humidity range 60%~70%,CO2 range 2000ppm ~ 3000ppm in the training room.
