一年两熟地区玉米秸秆根茬处理和小麦免耕作业方式的分析

【摘要】 为了在一年两熟地区大面积推广实施全程保护性耕作小麦免耕播种作业技术,分析了国内外玉米秸秆根茬处理技术和我国一年两熟地区玉米收获后小麦免耕播种的作业方式,指出现有小麦免耕作业方式存在小麦免耕播种机易堵塞、动土量大、刀轴转速高、安全性差的问题;秸秆被重复切断,秸秆覆盖播种带,影响小麦出苗和幼苗的生长;拖拉机进地次数多,压实土壤。提出了利用斜置驱动圆盘刀和驱动双向螺旋刀装置实现粗粉碎秸秆、低速驱动刀推开播种带秸秆和切断根茬的作业方式。

【Abstract】 In order to promote the technique of no-till drilling wheat in double-crop regions in North China,the methods of dealing with maize residue and the modes of no-till drilling wheat have been analyzed.The being applied modes of no-till drilling wheat have the disadvantages which are the serious block,the excessive disturbance of soil,the higher rotational speed of knives cutting maize stalks,the bigger maize stalk covering the seedbeds,and multi-pressing the soil by tractors.A new mode of no-till drilling,which is that the driven device with lower-rotate speed cut secondly the corn stalk treated roughly by the straw chopper and cut off rootstalk when no-till drilling wheat,is put forward.A oblique driven gap disc and an dextral and laevogyrate helicoids mechanism are applicable for the new mode.
