【摘要】 目的:将健康管理与医学随访相结合,对放射事故病人进行健康管理。方法:针对该院诊治的3例1999年"4·26"60Coγ射线意外辐射事故中的急性放射病病人的健康需求和管理要求,进行随访并对其过程进行规划、组织、协调和动态管理。结果:病人健康状况良好,日常生活和社会活动能力均已恢复正常。随访过程中无失访,病人未发生严重并发症和不良事件,对护理工作的满意率平均为97.6%。结论:健康管理模式在应用于放射事故病人远后效应随访的过程中,通过运用护理程序的方法,并对随访计划、执行及效果评价等环节不断改进、细化,保证了12年医学随访的顺利进行,提高了随访质量和病人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To carry out health management among radiation accidents patients by integrating medical follow-up. Methods: According to the health needs and management requirements of 3 acute radiation accidents patients who were injured in 1999 "4·26" 60Coγ-ray radiation accident and cured in our hospital,we planed, organized and coordinated the follow-up process with dynamic nursing management. Results: So far, the patients were in good health and their abilities of daily living and social activities have recovered. There was no missed follow-up in this process and the patients showed no serious complications and adverse events. The average patients satisfactionwas 97.6%. Conclusion: By applying the health management mode to radiation accident patients’ follow-up, we emphasize the approach of nursing process, keep improving and refining the follow-up planning, implementation, results evaluation and other aspects, ensure the smooth progress of a 12-year medical follow-up and improve the quality of follow-up process as well as patients’ quality of life.更多还原
