酸性氧化电位水对微生物的杀灭效果研究
Germicidal efficacy of electrolyzed oxidized water on microorganism
【摘要】 目的:观察酸性氧化电位水在不同作用时间下对G+菌、G-菌、幽门螺旋杆菌及乙型肝炎病毒的杀灭效果。方法:选择10秒、30秒、1分钟、3分钟、5分钟和10分钟6个时间点,采用悬液定量杀菌实验进行观察。结果:使用现制的有效氯含量在45~75mg/L,pH值为2.7~3.0的酸性氧化电位水作用10秒即可完全杀灭G+菌、G-菌、幽门螺旋杆菌及乙型肝炎病毒。结论:酸性氧化电位水杀灭微生物快速、有效,抗菌谱广,对乙型肝炎病毒亦具有强大的杀灭效果,是一种安全、高效的消毒剂。
【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the germicidal efficacy of electrolyzed oxidized water on Gram-positive and Gram-negtive bacterium, helicobacter pylori and hepatitis B virus under different contact time. Methods: We chose 6 different contact times (10S, 30S, 1min, 3min, 5min and 10min). Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results:The electrolyzed oxidized water containing available chlorine 45~75 mg/L at pH 2.7-3.0 with 10 seconds contact time could totally kill Gram-positive and Gram-negtive bacterium, helicobacter pylori and hepatitis B virus. Conclusions: The electrolyzed oxidized water has good germicidal efficacy on Gram-positive and negative bacterium, helicobacter pylori and hepatitis B virus.
