【摘要】 社会企业对社会的发展非常重要,但是社会企业在早期建立、成长的过程中困难重重,如何选取一定的治理机制通过合作等手段逐渐建立起同其他利益相关者的联系,进而获得利益相关者的认同具有重要意义。合法性理论认为组织可以通过获得社会的认同而持续发展,对社会企业选择何种治理机制获得利益相关者的社会认同提供了独特的视角。在此基础上,运用案例研究方法选取宜信集团作为典型案例进行分析。研究发现,社会企业可以通过选择合适的治理机制对利益相关者进行管理而最终获得持续竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social enterprises are very important to the development of society,but they experience various difficulties in the early establishment and growth process,so it is of great significance to select certain governance mechanisms to establish contact with other stakeholders through cooperation and other means,and then gain recognition from them.Legitimacy theory claims that an organization can sustainably develop through receiving social recognition,which provides a unique perspective for social enterprises to choose proper governance mechanisms so as to obtain social recognition from stakeholders.On this basis,the case study method is applied to analyze CreditEase Group as a typical case.The study finds that the social enterprises ultimately achieve a sustained competitive advantage by selecting the appropriate governance mechanism in stakeholder management.更多还原
