【Abstract】 In order to meet the challenge and raise managing effect, a theory of re-considering human resources management of construction enterprise from the angle of human capital theory has been put forward. The managing status of human resources of construction enterprise at present is analyzed. The human capital theory is stated and the role it plays on enterprise is analyzed. It is put forward that the retative tactics should be set up from the human capital theory, so as to realize the maximum efficiency of human capital investment cost.更多还原
