【摘要】 目的:观察普拉洛芬在LASEK术中应用的效果。方法:选取2011-05/08来我院行LASEK手术患者56例112眼。随机分为实验组(使用普拉洛芬)和对照组。对两组患者术后的刺激症状进行1wk对比研究。结果:两组在控制术后刺激症状方面有明显差异。实验组未见特殊的不良反应及并发症。结论:普拉洛芬眼液是控制LASEK术后刺激症状的安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the application of pranoprofen eyedrops in laser epithelial keratomileusis (LASEK).METHODS:Totally 112 eyes of 56 patients who have undergone LASEK in our hospital from May 2011 to August 2011 were divided into experimental group (use of pranoprofen) and control group. Corneal irritation and healing of epithelium between these two groups were compared and observed.RESULTS: Corneal irritation in the study group was much better than that of the control group on 1-day and 3-day after operation. However, there was no obvious difference in the healing of the epithelium.CONCLUSION:Pranoprofen eyedrops can significantly alleviate corneal irritation after LASEK, and will not affect the healing of epithelium, nor increase the ratio of secondary ocular hypertension.更多还原
