【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2008-07/2010-07收治的15例15眼行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的急性泪囊炎患者的临床资料。结果:患者15例15眼中,治愈13眼,好转1眼,无效1眼,有效率93%。结论:鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎可以缩短病程,临床切实可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the clinical effect by nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating acute dacryocystitis. METHODS:The clinical data of 15 cases (15 eyes) under nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating acute dacryocystitis from July 2008 to July 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS:The efficiency was 93%, in 15 cases ( 15 eyes), 13 eyes were cured, 1 eye was improved and 1 eye was invalid. CONCLUSION: Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating acute dacryocystitis can shorten the course of disease and is practicable clinically.更多还原
