【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗睑缘炎的临床疗效。方法:睑缘炎患者60例113眼随机分为治疗组30例56眼,对照组30例57眼。对照组行30g/L硼酸溶液冲洗眼睑,氯霉素眼液点眼,红霉素眼膏涂睑缘;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上用中药汤剂熏蒸及睑板腺按摩治疗。治疗结束后比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,二者相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合的方法可更有效治疗睑缘炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the clinical effect of blepharitis with integrated traditional and western medicine treatment.METHODS:Totally 60 cases(113 eyes) of blepharitis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group were treated by 3% boric acid solution dropping eyelids,chloramphenicol dropping eye and erythromycin eye ointment dropping eyelid margin.The treatment group were treated with the combination of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing and tarsal massage on the base of the therapy of control group.The results were summarized after the treatment.RESULTS:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of control group was 76.7%.The both compared,showed significant statistical difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Integrated traditional and western medicine treatment can effectively treat blepharitis.更多还原
