【Abstract】 Sino-Japanese relations doubtlessly are one of the most important relations in the Asia-Pacific region.SinoJapanese relations have undergone several upheavals since the end of the Cold War mostly because of the difference in perception or the misinterpretation of the other’s policy.The structural change of this relationship took place after the beginning of the 21 st century,which is mainly reflected in the form of China’s rise and the replacement of the status between them in international system.Under this new circumstance,both China and Japan should deepen the understanding of the other’s concerns to avoid previous errors.Only through this way can Sino-Japanese relations embark on a benign path of development.This article aims to provide a systematic analysis of the comprehensive spectrum of Japanese intelligentsia toward China’s rise in the first decade of the 21 st century through the following perspectives,economic and military power,the dynamics of China-Japan-US relations and East Asian regionalism.This paper is based both on a systemic analysis of the vast literature in Japanese,English and Chinese and interviews with policy-makers and scholars.更多还原
