高速机床工具系统结构及其夹紧特性的研究
Analysis of Effect on Clipping Mechanism and Structure of Tool System for High-speed Machine Tool
【摘要】 针对高速机床对工具系统的要求和实际存在的问题,探讨了工具系统刀柄截面形状和结构选择的关键技术,确定合理的定位方案为端面锥柄定位,刀柄采用小锥度的空心短锥结构。结果表明,HSK刀柄定位准确、连接可靠、系统刚度高、具有良好的抗振性及结构工艺性。通过对工具夹紧机构受力的特性分析和放大系数的计算,给出了影响夹紧力和夹紧效果的因素及其变化规律,可为工具系统的设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirement of high-speed machine tool for tool system and the existing question,it treats the key technique for opting the section shapes and structure of tool handle in high speed tool system.The best project of locating is the iteration location mode with end-plane and taper at the same time,and with the tool handle whose structure uses short hollow cone with small taper.Experiment shows that this structure is able to guarantee accurate location,reliable collection,high rigidity of system,good anti-vibration and structural property to process.Through analysis of characteristic and calculation of magnification coefficient for force in clamp mechanism,it presents the factors and their variable laws that affect force and effect of clamping tool,which can be refered for design of tool system.
