【Abstract】 Traditional project management theory takes the realization of "three controls" as the target construction project management.The target for the construction project management based on the angle of stakeholders is: maximize and exceed the requirements and expectations of all the stakeholders to realize the maximization of the project value,minimization of the cooperation cost and rationalization of benefit allocation for the stakeholders.The realization ways include: use the value management to construct target system for the maximization of the project value based on the angle of stakeholders;promote the stakeholders to form strategic partnership to realize the minimization of the cooperation cost through cost management of the whole process and set up the idea of project management of full life cycle and realize the benefit allocation reasonability of the stakeholders.更多还原
