【Abstract】 The paper summarized major academic opinions of the Conference on Antimonopoly and Regulation Policy:New Issues and New Approaches,including numerous frontier issues in antimonopoly and regulation policy,such as antimonopoly legislation and enforcement,network interconnection and settlement,administrative monopoly and income gap,R&D cooperation and antimonopoly and policy,service quality regulation in monopoly industry,buyer’s market structure,inter-industry platform cooperation with consumer multi-homing,unilateral effects of telecommunication market structure recombines,antitrust restraint on U.S.ACOs,and critical loss analysis in relative market definition etc.更多还原
