【摘要】 目的了解天河区餐饮业餐具消毒状况,从而有针对性地提出食品安全监督措施。方法对全区2009-2010年513家餐饮单位消毒后餐具进行抽样检测分析。结果两年共抽检513家单位,阳性检出305家,阳性率为59.4%;不同年度、不同类别餐饮单位阳性率统计学上无显著性差异;1～4季度阳性率分别为65.7%、57.9%、26.8%、63.0%,第3季度餐饮具阳性率与其他季度统计学上有显著性差异。结论天河区餐饮业餐饮具阳性率高,应加强监督管理,保障人民饮食安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of the tableware disinfection in Tianhe and take some specific measures to supervise food safety.Methods 513 catering units in the whole district from 2009 to 2010 were investigated and the results were analyzed.Results In the 513 catering units,305 units were unqualified and the unqualified rate of Coliform group was 59.4%;the rate has not definite differences in years and different type catering units.The unqualified rate in first,second,third,fourth quarter of a year was respectively 65.7%,57.9%,26.8%,63.0%,there was definite differences between third quarter and other quarters of a year.Conclusion The unqualified rate of catering units was high in Tianhe.We should enhance the supervision for catering units in order to guarantee the people’s health.更多还原
