【Abstract】 Teaching training is the important way to improve teaching ability and it is the key to improve teaching ability and the important session to strengthen the teachers group construction.Outstanding college faculty is regarded as the outstanding representative of faculty.How to develop the teaching training which lead by great advantage of outstanding college faculty deserves much research work.This paper analyzes the research based on the satisfaction of outstanding college faculty training class,and proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestion on teaching training and how to do outstanding college faculty work.更多还原
