【摘要】 目的探讨采用切开复位空心螺钉内固定治疗肱骨远端冠状面骨折的疗效。方法自2004年3月～2011年1月采用经后外侧入路空心螺钉内固定治疗肱骨远端冠状面骨折27例。结果本组获随访8～20个月,平均15个月。骨折平均愈合时间为7.5周,无骨化性肌炎及肱骨小头缺血性坏死发生。术后Broberg-Morrey评分平均93.4分,优15例,良11例,可1例,优良率96.3%。结论经后外侧入路空心螺钉内固定具有操作简便、解剖复位、固定牢固、允许早期功能锻炼等优点,是治疗肱骨远端冠状面骨折的理想术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of transarticular shear fractures of the distal humerus treated by open reduction and cannulated screws internal fixation.Methods From March 2004 to January 2011,27 patients with transarticular shear fracture of the distal humerus were treated by cannulated screw internal fixation via posterolateral approach.Results All the patients were followed up,with a mean period of 15 months(range: 8 to 20 months).All patients had bone union at a mean time of 7.5 weeks.There was no myositis ossificans or avascular necrosis of capitulum humeri.The average Broberg-Morrey score was 93.4 points.The results were excellent in 15 cases,good in 11 cases,fair in 1 case,with excellent and good rates of 96.3%.Conclusion Treatment of transarticular shear fractures of the distal humerus with cannulated screws via posterolateral approach is characterized by simple manipulation,anatomic reduction,reliable fixation and early rehabilitation.更多还原
