苯并噁嗪与微胶囊红磷及丁腈橡胶对ABS的阻燃增韧

【摘要】 采用苯并噁嗪(BOZ)与微胶囊化红磷(MRP)复配制备了无卤阻燃丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。研究了BOZ/MRP质量比和用量对阻燃ABS性能的影响。然后固定BOZ和MRP的用量,考察丁腈橡胶(NBR)的添加量对BOZ/MRP/ABS阻燃体系阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,BOZ/MRP质量比为3:2,总量为20%(质量分数)时,可制得氧指数(LOI)达24.4%,垂直燃烧达UL-94 V-0级的无卤阻燃ABS;BOZ受热产生的酚羟基与红磷燃烧产生的氧化磷等发生酯化反应减缓了ABS的分解;NBR添加量为8%时,阻燃体系垂直燃烧达V-0级,拉伸强度为30.8 MPa,缺口冲击强度达11.4 kJ/m2。

【Abstract】 Non-halogen flame retardant ABS was prepared by using benzoxazine(BOZ) and microencapsulated red phosphorus(MRP).The effects of components ratios and contents of BOZ/MRP on properties of flame retardant ABS were studied,the effects of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) on flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of BOZ/MRP/ABS were investigated.When BOZ /MRP mass ratio is 3:2 and the total content is 20%,limited oxygen index(LOI) of non-halogen flame retardant ABS is 24.4%,and the vertical burning reaches UL-94 V-0 level.FT-IR shows that-OH from heated BOZ reacted with phosphorus oxide etc generated from burning red phosphorus,which increases the char residues of the flame retardant ABS.When the content of NBR is 8%,a flame retardant ABS of UL-94 reaches V-0 level,with tensile strength of 30.8 MPa,notched impact strength of 11.4 kJ/m2.
