PS-b-PnBA-OH的合成及对玻纤增强PS界面性能的影响

【摘要】 采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法合成了一系列羟基封端的两嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-b-聚丙烯酸丁酯(PS-b-Pn-BA-OH)。通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振光谱等对合成产物进行了表征,并研究了其对玻璃基底材料表面性能和玻璃纤维/聚苯乙烯(GF/PS)复合材料界面剪切强度的影响。结果表明,羟基封端的嵌段聚合物对玻璃基底材料进行表面处理,可显著降低玻璃基底材料表面的亲水性;经过PS-b-PnBA-OH处理后,玻璃纤维/聚苯乙烯复合材料的界面剪切强度可以达到14.61MPa,是未处理的复合材料界面剪切强度的1.7倍左右。

【Abstract】 In this work,a series of hydroxyl-terminated poly(n-butylacrylate)-b-polystyrene(PS-b-PnBA-OH) were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization,and the molecular structures of the block polymers were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and GPC.Then they were used as the macromolecular coupling agent for the improvement of the surface properties of glass substrates and the interface adhesion of glass fiber/PS composites.The results show that the hydrophily of glass substrates decreases significantly when the diblock copolymer is chemically anchored on the glass substrates.The interface shear strength of glass fiber/PS composites treated by the diblock polymers increases to 14.61 MPa,which is 1.7 times greater than the value of the untreated system.
