【摘要】 房地产业由于具有相关产业链较长的特点,在推动我国经济发展、城市建设等方面发挥了重要作用,但在创造价值的同时,房地产行业的相关问题也激化了一定的社会矛盾,"高房价"、"房奴"等一系列关系国计民生的社会问题成为社会不和谐的重要因素,房地产业急需正视其社会责任。基于此,本文综合考察房地产企业承担的社会责任现状、系统分析房地产企业社会责任存在的问题与不足,试图为维护社会公平、缓和社会矛盾、构建和谐社会提供对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because the real estate industry is characterized by a long chain of related industries,it has played an important role in promoting China’s economic development,urban construction.But in the creation of value,the real estate industry has also intensified a severe social conflict."High price","house slaves" and a series of social issues concerning people’s livelihood,increasingly become an important factor in social disharmony.Based on this,this study integrated real estate company social responsibility status,systematic analysis of corporate social responsibility,real estate problems and shortcomings.In an attempt to provide advice and suggestion to maintain social equity,ease social conflicts,and build a harmonious society.更多还原
