【摘要】 目的探索临床药师介入干预剖宫产围术期合理应用抗菌药物的效果,推动临床药学工作的开展。方法回顾调查2009年剖宫产围术期应用抗菌药物存在的主要问题,制订用药方案,2010-2011年派专职的临床药师介入进行前瞻性干预对照研究。结果干预后剖宫产围术期选用抗菌药物以头孢唑林为主,二联用药由45.5%下降为0,疗程由(5.6±0.9)d缩短为(3.0±0.6)d(P<0.01),抗菌药物费用由(383.4±165.3)元下降为(72.5±49.6)元(P<0.01)。结论采用临床药师介入干预模式对促进抗菌药物合理应用效果显著,具有可行性和必要性,应积极推动药师介入临床治疗工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention in application of antimicrobials during perioperative period of cesarean section for promoting the clinical pharmacy work.Methods Based on the retrospective observation in the cases undergoing cesarean sections in 2009 to find the defects of application of antimicrobials during perioperative period,drugs application was planned by clinical pharmacists through intervention and prospective investigation from 2010 to 2011.Results Most of antimicrobials during perioperative period of cesarean section were changed to cefazolin after intervention of clinical pharmacists,with decreasing combination rate of antimicrobials from 45.5% to 0,shorter treatment course from(5.6±0.9) d to(3.0±0.6) d(P<0.01) and less expenses from(383.4±165.3) yuan to(72.5±49.6) yuan(P<0.01).Conclusion Significant effects can be seen in the model of clinical pharmacist intervention to improve the proper application of antimicrobials which is practicable and necessary.Clinical pharmacist plays an important role in this activity which should be promoted positively.更多还原
