【摘要】 目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术应用SLIPA喉罩和气管导管行全麻通气对拔管期躁动及血流动力学的影响。方法将腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者60例随机分为喉罩组和气管导管组,每组30例。两组患者均用咪达唑仑+异丙酚+舒芬太尼+顺式阿曲库铵静脉诱导,麻醉诱导后喉罩组插入SLIPA喉罩,气管导管组插入气管导管。比较两组患者拔管期血流动力学变化、躁动评分及不良反应发生例数。结果喉罩组躁动评分显著低于气管导管组(P<0.05),两组患者血流动力学变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);气管导管组苏醒后30min自诉喉部不适例数多于喉罩组(P<0.05)。结论全麻下腹腔镜胆囊切除术采用SLIPA喉罩通气比气管插管通气在拔管期循环动力学更稳定,患者耐受程度好,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of SLIPA laryngeal mask airway to agitation and haemodynamics during tracheal extubation period in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Sixty patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups randomly.Two groups of patients were given with midazolam,propofol,sufentanil and cisatracurium besilate for anesthesia induction.The LMA group were treated with SLIPA laryngeal mask airway.And the tracheal tube group was treated with the tracheal tube at the corresponding time.Compare the effect of dynamics in the bloodstream,score of agitation and reaction between the two groups were compared.Results The effect of control to score of agitation in the LMA group are better than in the tracheal tube group(P <0.05);A significant difference of hemo dynamics can be seen between the two groups.The cases of throat discomfort after awaked 30 min in the tracheal tube group were more than the LMA group(P <0.05).Conclusion SLIPA laryngeal mask airway,with little stimulate and more comfort,is safe in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.更多还原
