【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)联合内镜下括约肌切开术(EST)取石与LC联合腹腔镜胆总管探查术(LCBDE)在治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石上疗效的对比。方法对本院2007年8月至2011年8月的65例胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者进行回顾性分析,其中行LC+EST者有33例,LC+LCBDE者有32例,对手术时间、术中出血量、中转开腹率、费用、并发症、肛门排气时间、住院时间进行统计学分析。结果两组治疗费用、手术并发症、肛门排气时间、中转开腹率无明显差异(P>0.05);两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 LC联合EST可缩短患者的手术时间,加快患者的恢复速度,是一种较好的临床治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the comparison of the curative effect in treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis with two minimally invasive procedures.Methods Sixty-five cases of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis from August 2007 to August 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,33 cases were proformed by LC combined with EST,32cases were proformed by LC combined with LCBDE.The surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,transit open abdomen rate,expenses,complications,anal exhaust time and hospital stays were statistically analyzed.Results The expenses of treatment,the operation complications,transit open abdomen rate and the anal exhaust time have no differences(P >0.05),operation time,intraoperative bleeding and recovery time had obvious differences(P <0.05).Conclusion LC combined with EST can shorten patients’time of the operation,accelerate the patients’recovery speed,is a good clinical treatment.更多还原
