550kV环氧浸渍干式油-SF6电容套管温度场分析
Thermal Field Analysis for 550kV Epoxy Resin-impregnated Paper Oil-SF6 Capacitor Bushing
【摘要】 为了验证550kV环氧浸渍干式油-SF6电容套管的温升性能,对该套管在5 000A和6 300A条件下的温升进行了试验分析,获得了套管温度分布规律;建立了套管温度场有限元计算模型并对套管进行了热-电耦合传热分析。结果表明:温升试验条件下,套管油侧温度高于SF6侧,电流越大,套管各部位温度越高;集肤效应及邻近效应可使套管内外导电管产生沿径向分布不均匀的电流密度;5 000A电流下,自油侧到SF6侧导电管温度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,套管内导电管中间位置温度计算值最高;所建立的套管温度场模型计算结果与实测结果基本一致,可为干式套管的优化设计提供理论和实践依据。
【Abstract】 To verify the thermal performance of the 550kV epoxy resin-impregnated paper(RIP)oil-SF6bushing,we experimentally analyzed the temperature-rise on 5 000Aand 6 300A.A thermal field finite element calculation model was established by thermal-electric coupled analysis method.Temperature-rise test results indicate that the oil side temperature is higher than SF6side.The larger current is,the higher temperature can be produced.Furthermore,the calculation results on the condition of 5 000Ashow that an uneven current density in the radial direction may be induced in the conductive tubes by the skin effect and proximity effect;the middle of inner conductive tube has a highest calculation temperature.Research results demonstrate that the calculation results are in accordance with the test ones,which can give reference for optimizing RIP bushing design.
