【Abstract】 Herminium bulleyi(Rolfe) Tang et Wang is a medicinal herb used to treat common disease such as impotent,premature ejaculation and spematorrhea by Miao in China.Despite of the widespread medicinal uses in Miao area,there is no phytochemical research on it.We had investigated its chemical consitituents for further sustainable utilization.In this work,six compounds were isolated and purification by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-C18 gel column chromatography from methyl alcohol extract of the tubers of Herminium bulleyi.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence,particularly by two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic analysis.And they were identified as palmitic acid(1),9,19-cyclo-9β-lanost-24-en-3-ol(2),β-sitosterol(3),glycerol monopalmitate(4),monostearin(5) and shuangshencaosu 2,2-dimethyl-5-methoxy-7-[2-(3″-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]chromene(6).Among them,compound 6 is a new compound,the others are firstly isolated from this species.更多还原
