【摘要】 目的探讨Kasai术式在Ⅲ、Ⅳ型肝门胆管癌切除中应用的安全性和实用性。方法 2008年4月至2011年12月间,对7例Ⅲ、Ⅳ型肝门胆管癌行Kasai术式进行手术。结果 3例胆漏,其中2例量少,引流5～7天后停止,1例较多,每日约100～200 ml,4周后自行愈合。1例切口感染,2例出现腹水,给予营养支持、保肝、利尿等治疗后痊愈。结论选择性Kasai胆肠内引流术式应用于Ⅲ、Ⅳ型肝门胆管癌切除中方法简易、安全、实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the technique of Kasai procedure on the Ⅲ,Ⅳ type hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods Seven patients with advanced Ⅲ,Ⅳtype hilar cholangiocellular carcinoma were resected with Kasai procedure between April 2008 and December 2011.Results Of the seven patients underwent the surgery,biliary leakage happened to three patients.The volume of the biliary leakage was different among the patients.Two of which are small,the biliary leakage stopped after five to seven days of drainage,One case of the three has daily drainage of about 100 to 200 ml of bile,it got a self-revenge after about four weeks after the surgery.One of the seven patients has scar infection.Two cases had ascites,they got cured after appropriate treatment.Conclusion The technique of Kasai way on the Ⅲ,Ⅳ type hilar cholangiocarcinoma can be safe and used routinely.更多还原
