不同移栽密度对水芹产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 以大叶水芹为试验材料,设置不同的移栽密度,测定其产量和品质。结果表明:株行距为5 cm时水芹产量明显高于10 cm和15 cm,15 cm时最低;株行距为5 cm时,大叶水芹中的蛋白质含量最高,而总膳食纤维、不溶性膳食纤维和可溶性膳食纤维的含量最低;株行距为10 cm时,大叶水芹中的总膳食纤维、不溶性膳食纤维、可溶性膳食纤维和黄酮含量最高,15 cm处理时蛋白质和黄酮含量最低。结合产量和品质的结果,认为大叶水芹的适宜移栽密度为10 cm。

【Abstract】 A new water dropwort was selected to test its yield and quality in different transplant density.The results showed that the yield was the highest when the planting spacing was 5 cm.The content of TDF,IDF and SDF was the lowest when space and lows treated with 5 cm,while the content of protein was the highest.The content of TDF,IDF,SDF and flavonoids was the highest when space and lows treated with 10 cm.The content of protein and flavonoids was the lowest when space and lows treated with 15 cm.It was concluded that the best transplant density was 10 cm.
