【摘要】 柑桔黄龙病作为柑桔生产上的一种毁灭性病害,严重制约广东柑桔产业的发展。阐述了通过广泛选育种和品种提纯复壮、脱毒(热处理法和茎尖嫁接法)及鉴定(指示植物或PCR鉴定)的途径建立柑桔无病毒繁殖体系,最终获得柑桔无病毒种苗,并在产区推广应用。该体系的建立,对遏制广东柑桔黄龙病等病毒病的蔓延,恢复、促进广东柑桔产业的可持续发展起到重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huanglongbing(HLB or’greening’) is a destructive citrus disease,it severely restricts the development of guangdong citrus industry.This paper reviewed the establishment of virus-free propagation system on Guangdong citrus,including selection and breeding of varity,virus exclusion(methods of heat treating and virus-free stem apex grafting) and identify(method of PCR or pointing plant grafting).At the end,citrus nursery trees was obtained and applied in citrus producing area.In addition,it was figured out that the establishment and application of virus-free propagation system,would be very important to control HLB or citrus virus and promote the development of citrus in the future.更多还原
