【摘要】 2012年上半年,广东水稻产业发展势头较好,早稻播种面积呈恢复性增加,单产和总产实现"双增"。受市场供求影响,早稻价格比上年同期有所上升,但波动过程剧烈且生产效益不高。其中,生产成本上升是造成水稻效益低下的重要原因,此外,产业抵御自然和市场风险能力不足、保险水平较低也是影响产业发展的关键因素。因此,提出继续加大支农力度、加强水稻风险预警研究和强化财政支持涉农保险体系建设等措施,以促进水稻产业可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 There was a great improvement of Guangdong rice industry development in the first half year of 2012.Because of the enlarging sown area and raising yield,the total production of the early rice was expected to be increased in this year.Compared with the same period of last year,the rice price had fairly increased after a strenuous fluctuation,which was influenced by the change of the market supply and demand.However,the benefits of the rice industry remained low for many reasons,including higher costs,lack of risk resisting ability and agricultural insurance system.Therefore,to accelerate the sustainable development of Guangdong rice industry,it is necessary to increase the agricultural policy support,enhance the research on the rice risk alarm,and set up the agricultural insurance system etc..更多还原
