大豆异黄酮对辐射条件下小白鼠生命力的影响

【摘要】 研究了大豆异黄酮对辐射条件下小白鼠生命力的影响。将小白鼠随机分成4组(对照组、0.2%给药组、0.5%给药组、1.0%给药组),以60Co作为辐射源,定期测定体重、血液生理指标,记录游泳时间、死亡时间。结果表明,0.5%给药组显著增加了小白鼠的游泳时间、存活率、存活时间和外周血淋巴细胞占白细胞的百分比。在试验设置的浓度范围内,膳食中补充0.5%大豆异黄酮对小白鼠生命力的提高效果最好。

【Abstract】 Through comparative experiment,effects of soybean isoflavone on viability of small white mouse under radiation were studied.The small white mouse were divided randomly into four groups(control,0.2%SI group,0.5%SI group,1.0%SI group),60Co was used as an radiation source,the body weight and blood physiological index were determined regularly,the swimming time and death time were recorded.The results showed that in 0.5%SI group the swimming time,livability,survival time,and lymph/leucocyte rate in periphery blood increased significantly.In the experimental concentration range,0.5% soybean isoflavone had the best effects on viability of small white mouse.
