响应曲面法优化红肉蜜柚番茄红素提取工艺的研究
Study on optimal extraction technology of lycopene from redflesh sweet pomelo by response surface methodology
【摘要】 以番茄红素提取液在505 nm处吸光度为响应值,通过单因素试验和响应面法设计研究浸提温度、料液比、浸提时间对红肉蜜柚果肉中番茄红素提取效果的影响,并建立了相应的回归模型。结果表明,以丙酮为浸提溶剂,红肉蜜柚番茄红素提取的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度28℃、液料比6.5∶1、浸提时间3 h。
【Abstract】 With acetone as extraction solvent and lycopene absorbance at 505 nm as response value,the optimal extraction conditions of the lycopene from red-flesh sweet pomelo(Citrus grandis Osbeck) were investigated by single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.The regression equation of the relationship between three factors including extraction temperature,solvent-solid ratio,extraction time and the lycopene extraction yield were established.The optimal extraction parameters were determined as follows: extraction temperature 28℃,solvent-solid ratio 6.5∶1 and extraction time 3 h.
