广东省花生白绢病菌的分布和生物学性状研究初报

【摘要】 采用一般调查和定点调查相结合的方法,对广东省花生白绢病的发生危害与分布情况进行了调查,并对花生白绢病菌的形态、生物学性状及其对杀菌剂的敏感性进行了测定。结果表明,广东省各花生产区均有花生白绢病的发生分布,发病率在10%左右,严重的超过50%,对花生生产造成严重损失;花生白绢病菌的菌丝宽度为6.1-8.2μm,菌丝生长速率介于0.8-1.1 mm/h之间,每培养皿(直径9 cm)产生菌核的数量为55-378个,菌核大小范围为0.89-3.54 mm×0.80-2.40 mm,平均大小范围为1.13-2.12 mm×1.06-1.80 mm;每菌核干重为0.4-2.7 mg。杀菌剂离体毒力测定结果表明,己唑醇和戊唑醇对花生白绢病菌具有较好的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 The distribution of Sclerotium rolfsii,the pathogen of peanut stem rot in Guangdong province was investigated by generaland key-point investigations,and the morphology,biological characteristics,sensitivity to some fungicides of the pathogen were studied in this paper.The results showed that the disease distributed in all of the peanut production areas in Guangdong province.The disease incidences were usually 10% and were even over 50% in some severe areas where the disease caused serious losses to peanut production.The hyphal width of S.rolfsii was in range of 6.1-8.2 μm.The mycelial radial growth rate was between 0.8-1.1 mm/h.The number of sclerotia production in each of Petri dish(9 cm in diameter) was in range of 55-378,depending on different isolates.The sclerotia was nearly globose.The size of sclerotia ranged from 0.89-3.54 mm×0.80-2.40 mm.The average size of sclerotia was 1.13-2.12 mm×1.06-1.80 mm.The dry weight of each sclerotia was among 0.4-2.7 mg.The results of toxicity tests in vitro indicated that fungicides hexaconazole and tebuconnazole had strong inhibitory on mycelial redial growth of S.rolfsii.
