超临界CO2萃取蜘蛛香中总缬草三酯的工艺研究
Study on supercritical CO2 extraction process of total valepotriates from Valeriana jatamansi Jones
【摘要】 探讨超临界CO2萃取蜘蛛香中总缬草三酯的优化工艺条件,采用响应曲面法考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对总缬草三酯收率的影响。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取蜘蛛香中总缬草的优化萃取条件为:萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度43℃、萃取时间45 min,此条件下总缬草三酯的收率为2.46%。
【Abstract】 To investigate the optimum extraction of total valepotriates from Valeriana jatamansi Jones by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,the response surface methodology was applied to analyse extraction parameters such as extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time.The results showed that optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction temperature 43℃,extraction time 45 min,under the above conditions,the yield of total valepotriates was 2.46%.
