紫外线处理米蛾卵对赤眼蜂繁殖的影响
Effects of ultraviolet radiation treatment to eggs of Corcyra cephalonica on Trichogramma reproduction
【摘要】 为弄清紫外线处理米蛾卵时杀胚效果较好的照射时间、间距及紫外线处理米蛾卵对赤眼蜂繁殖的影响,明确缩短距离、延长时间照射米蛾卵对赤眼蜂繁殖是否有负面影响,研究了米蛾卵在距离单管40 W紫外灯10、20、30、40 cm处,分别照射10、20、30、40、50、60 min后米蛾的孵化率,以及照射后的米蛾卵上赤眼蜂的单雌平均寄生粒数、羽化率和性比的差异。结果显示,照射20 min以上的处理组孵化率为0%或极低,间距较大的处理组(30、40 cm)孵化率高于间距较小的处理组(10、20 cm)。为保证杀胚效果,紫外线照射米蛾卵时应控制在间距10~20 cm,时间20~60 min;紫外线处理后,赤眼蜂单雌平均寄生粒数由对照(不经过紫外线处理)的39.33粒增加到50~60粒,羽化率由61.15%提高到70%~80%,两者与对照差异显著;缩短紫外灯和米蛾卵之间的距离至10、20 cm,或延长照射时间至50、60 min,对赤眼蜂的单雌平均寄生粒数、羽化率和性比无显著性影响。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate irradiation time and interval for killing embryos effectively via ultraviolet radiation treatment to eggs of corcyra cephalonica,effects of ultraviolet radiation treatment to eggs of Corcyra cephalonica on trichogramma reproduction,and determination of negative impacts on trichogramma reproduction through irradiation of corcyra cephalonica eggs for a long time and in a short distance,researches including the hatching rates of Corcyra cephalonica at the distance of 10,20,30,40 cm from the 40 W ultraviolet lamp of single tube for 10,20,30,40,50,60 min respectively,and differences of the average numbers of parasitized eggs laid by one female,emergence rates and sex ratios of Trichogramma on Corcyra cephalonica eggs after irradiation were conducted.The results showed that among the 10 min groups with different intervals,the hatch phenomena of Corcyra cephalonica larvae commonly existed except that with the interval of 10 cm while the hatching rates were 0% or extremely low in the treatment groups in which the irradiation time was more than 20 min;The hatching rates of treatment groups with large intervals(30 cm,40 cm) was higher than that with small intervals(10 cm,20 cm).In production and application,the ultraviolet irradiation of Corcyra cephalonica eggs should be best controlled at an interval of 10~20 cm for 20~60 min for killing embryos effectively;The average numbers of parasitized eggs laid by one female increased significantly from 39.33 in the control group(ultraviolet radiation treatment was not performed) to 50~60 in the treatment groups,emergence rates from 61.15% to 70%~80%,and there was no significant difference in the sex ratios;No obvious difference occurred in the indicators of treatment groups for a long time(50 min,60 min) or in a short distance(10 cm,20 cm) compared with the other treatment groups.Those above showed that irradiation for a long time(50 min,60 min) or in a short distance(10 cm,20 cm) had no negative influence on the average numbers of parasitized eggs laid by one female and the emergence rates of trichogramma.
