散生问荆有机硅提取工艺优化及其咀嚼片的研制

【摘要】 以散生问荆为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析法对超声波辅助水提取散生问荆有机硅的工艺进行优化,并利用散生问荆有机硅研制出咀嚼片。试验确定散生问荆有机硅提取的最佳工艺条件为超声波功率104 W,料液比1︰50(m︰V),提取时间40 min,提取温80℃,该条件下散生问荆有机硅的得率可达1.63%。散生问荆有机硅咀嚼片最佳配方为散生问荆有机硅粉15%、蔗糖4%、淀粉20%、甘露醇7%、奶粉12%和Vc 4%。

【Abstract】 Equisetum was used as main materials,and extraction methods of organo-silica from equisetum and formula as well as process craft of the chewable tablet were studied on this paper.The optimal extraction conditions of each method were determined by single test and orthogonal test.The results showed ultrasonic-assisted extration was the best method to extract the organo-silica from equisetum,and the optimal extraction condition as follows,the ratio of solid to liquid 1:50,ultrasonic power 104 W,ultrasonic time 40 min,and ultrasonic temperature 80℃.The yield of polysaccharides was 1.63% under these conditions.The formula of chewable tablet as follows,equisetum organo-silica powder was 15%,starch 20%,sugar 4%,milk powder12%,mannitol usp 7% and Vc 4%.
