【摘要】 贵州辣椒产业已形成初具规模的产业化经营,研究其发展概况对贵州省实现农业产业化经营具有重要意义。概括了辣椒产业由辣椒种植、辣椒制品加工、辣椒深加工及其延伸产品所组成,分析了各自发展的概况、优劣势及存在的问题,同时提出了贵州辣椒产业发展的思路,为贵州辣椒产业实行可持续发展的农业产业化经营提供了一定的理论依据和实施办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hot pepper industry in Guizhou has formed industrial production management,study its developmental strategy has important significances to realize the large scale agriculture industrial management of Guizhou province.This paper summarized that the pepper industry were consisted of pepper planting,pepper product making,pepper deep processing and continue product.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed the respective development survey,superior inferiority and existing problem.The development mentality of pepper industry in Guizhou was also simultaneously proposed.It provided certain theory basis and implementation means for the pepper industry in Guizhou.更多还原
