【Abstract】 As the reasonable risk allocation ratio has the utility effectiveness for the parties of BT project,the principle of risk allocation is summarized,the basic risk procedures for BT project are discussed in this paper.By using the Utility Theory,a risk allocation model is established for the organizer and sponsors of the BT project,the applicability and feasibility of the Utility Theory in BT project risk allocation have been verified through a real BT Metro project.更多还原
