【摘要】 我国政府已将生物产业列入七大战略性新兴产业之一,作为生物技术四大产业之一的酶工程因此也显得至关重要。我们通过精选教材、合理组织、紧跟热点和及时更新对教学内容进行了优化。本着"有教无类,授人于鱼"的原则,在教学过程中紧密抓住课程的重点和难点;通过加强研究式教学、实验教学和科研参与达到"授人与渔,师生同行"的目的。伴随着社会的发展,我们进行了网络课堂和仿真实验室建设,并对评分标准和过程进行了适当改革。

【Abstract】 Bio-industry has been planned as one of seven strategic emerging industries,so enzyme engineering,one of four biotechnology,plays an important role today.Teaching contents is optimized by screening teaching books,appropriate organization and updating on time."Teaching with no child left behind,granting students fish" is our thinking in our teaching process,which guided us focus on teaching difficulty and emphasis.In order to grant students fisheries,research-based learning,experiment participating is strengthened.Construction of network class and simulated lab and other teaching reform is also carried out accompanied with society development.
