【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定猪血中磺胺间甲氧嘧啶(SMM)、磺胺地索辛(SDM)、磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)、磺胺甲恶唑(SMZ)、磺胺喹恶啉(SQ)这5种磺胺药物残留方法。猪血样品经过乙腈提取,蒸干后,用2.00 mL去离子水定容。采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱,用磷酸(0.017 moL/L)-乙腈作为流动相进行分离。这5种磺胺类药物的检出限为:0.02~0.05 mg/kg,线性范围为:0.1~20μg/mL,平均回收率为:75.6%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为:3.2%~7.6%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for determining sulfamonometroxine(SMM),sulfonamides to suoxin(SDM),sulfamethazine(SM2),sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),sulfaquinoxaline(SQ) residues in pig’s blood was established.The pig’s blood sample was extracted by acetonitrile and evaporated,Constanted volume by 2.00 mL deionized water.Chromatographic separation was achieved by using Waters Symmetry C18 column.Mobile phase was phosphoric acid solution(0.017 moL/L)-acetonitrile.The detection limits of these five kinds of sulfonamides were between 0.02~0.05 mg/kg,the linear range was between 0.1~20 μg/mL,the average recovery was between 75.6 %~102.4 %,the relative standard deviation was between 3.2 %~7.6 %.更多还原
