【Abstract】 Currently,multimedia teaching is more and more widely used in the modern higher education,and has occupied a dominant position in the teaching activities.With the rapid development of higher education,young teachers have also become a major component of the university teachers.However,there are still some problems during the use of multimedia teaching for the young teachers.If these problems were not resolved,the quality of teaching and personnel training will be affected directly.In the paper,the problems that existing in multimedia teaching for young teachers has been analyzed and the approaches on how to make this teaching mean become perfect has been discussed.更多还原
