【Abstract】 Professional competence is the basis of constructing core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges,and the establishment of professional competitiveness evaluation system has an important role in guiding the professional construction.Professional competence evaluation can proceed from the explicit characteristic index and the elements of two kinds of perspectives,which have close relationship with each other.Professional competence,consisting of two kinds of compositions,namely hardware and software,have specific connotation.The author′s in-depth analysis into various elements contributes to the sequence of observation point of evaluating the index system.更多还原
