【Abstract】 The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology(SkTech) is a new Russian research university in an international context built in Skolkovo recently.With the participation and support of MIT,it provides graduate programs in science and engineering.This paper briefly describes profound context of SkTech,Innovation & Entrepreneurship(I&E) ideas and practice,novel organization and culture,and the unique development model as well.It is worthwhile to notice that SkTech innovation mode is a triple helix of integrating Research-Education-I&E.This also represents the important essence of SkTech innovative model and its key role in Skolkovo innovation ecosystem.更多还原
